
Research and Teaching Assistant
After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in law at the Università degli Studi di Milano – Bicocca, Alberto earned a master’s degree in European law at the Université Paris – Est Créteil (UPEC) in France.
He started his professional career in the private sector in Paris, joining the legal department of a payment institution as an intern.
From February to July 2025, Alberto did a traineeship at the Legal Service of the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union, in the team JUR.6, which deals with economic and financial affairs, budget, and structural funds.
In 2026, he became part of the office of the European Network of Councils for the Judiciary (ENCJ), which fosters dialogue between High Councils for the Judiciary in Europe.
Alberto joined the CEJE in September 2026. He assists Professor Christine Kaddous, in particular with the course “The External Action of the European Union” and is writing, under her supervision, a doctoral thesis on the law of the external relations of the European Union.
